About the platform

M11NTX is a digital showcase that facilitates the import of selected jerseys. The order is built on the site and finished on WhatsApp; we do not process payments automatically through the site.

Availability and timeframes

• Each jersey's availability is confirmed when we receive the order.
• The estimated import time is 25–40 calendar days after confirmation, and may vary since these are imports.

Order and payment

You build the order on the site and finish it on WhatsApp, where we arrange the payment method and shipping. Personalization (name/number) costs R$40 per piece.

Returns and exchanges

• Right of withdrawal: within 7 calendar days of receipt (Brazilian Consumer Code), with the product unused and in its original tags and packaging.
• Size exchange: within 7 days, with outbound and return shipping paid by the customer.
• Personalized items: being made to order, they can only be exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual property

Brands, crests and club names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the pieces.
